7:30 am: Grab breakfast at the Pantry: This spot is LA at its finest. A greasy spoon with an incredible history, we recommend the pancakes, they are the best!
8:15 am: Take a leisurely stroll down to LA Live to the Grammy Museum to spend a few hours learning about the history of the grammys and some really amazing music.
10:15 am: Head up flower street to the LA Public Library, it’s a beautiful building to see, and there are usually free exhibits showcasing some of their rare film/photography/LA history collection.
12:15 pm: Grab lunch across the street at Mendocino Farms. This restaurant features organic sandwiches using the finest farm-to-table ingredients. Try the Pork Belly Bahn Mi, it’s spicy and amazing!
3:00 pm: Head into the Millenium Biltmore, an historic hotel property in downtown that hosts a wonderful tea service every afternoon in their Front Hall that will dazzle both your senses of taste and sight!
4:15 pm: At Bunker HIll, you will find MOCA (museum of contemporary art), The Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Dorothy Chandler pavillion, all beautiful sites. LA is also completing their Grand Park by the beginning of July 2012. Its quite the site to see!
6:30 pm: Come back to the hotel and take a quick break in Bar for Happy hour and cocktails before heading out to dinner at one of downtown LA’s many great restaurants within walking distance These restaurants include: Bottega Louie, El Cholo, Baco Mercat, Pete’s Cafe, & Cafe Pinot!
10:00 pm: Across the street, is Las Perlas, a bar specializing in tequilas from the original to the exotic and beyond. It’s really a fun atmosphere, and who can say no to a great margarita.
