Tuesday

• Chicken Pot Pie; Spring Salad Greens, radishes, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, sherry vinaigrette; Brussels Sprouts, black popper, maple carmel; Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

Wednesday

• Beef Short Ribs, slowly cooked with red wine; Spring Salad Greens, radishes, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, sherry vinaigrette; Carrots glazed with orange juice, finished with parsley; Creamy Parmesan Polenta
